Shipping Information:

Orders are shipped within 2 business days after we receive your payment. If an item in your order is out of stock you will be notified and have the option to cancel your order for a refund. We ship to you with FedEx. No PO Box addresses accepted.

International Shipping Policy:
We ship most of our products internationally. If an item is not available for international shipping it will be noted in the item's description. We promise to provide tracking information and proof of shipment for all international shipments but we cannot guarantee delivery. After the products leave our shipping docks we are no longer responsible for them. We will NOT give any refunds for international orders that are lost during delivery or do not pass customs in the destination country. By purchasing from this website you agree to the above shipping policy for international shipments.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with a product you purchase from us you have 30 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. If the item is in new condition and all packaging and parts are included you can return it to us for a full refund.

If an item is found to be defective we will repair it or a replacement will be provided free of charge if the defective item is returned to us. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No refunds on defective merchandise, exchange only! The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. We will cover the cost of sending any and all replacement merchandise unless it is for an international order. On international orders the customer is responsible for all additional shipping charges. We will not accept merchandise which has been disassembled, damaged, or modified in any way. Such merchandise will not be eligible for replacement or refund. All returns MUST include ALL original parts and accessories. We reserve the right to deny or charge a replacement fee if any parts or accessories are missing from returned products. Any unauthorized returns we receive will not be eligible for refund or exchange. The mailing address provided above is NOT our returns address. We will provide you with the correct return address after your return has been authorized.
